The Flexographic Pressman sets up and runs a wide web CI press efficiently while maintaining consistent quality. This is an active production role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to keep coworkers on task throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run jobs per work tickets, layouts, and schedules

  • Determine color/anilox sequencing; check plates, paper, and materials before setup

  • Monitor quality; troubleshoot and repair as needed

  • Complete required logs and paperwork

  • Maintain a safe, organized press area and follow SQF policies

Requirements

  • 5+ years commercial print shop experience (required); Bobst experience a plus

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based production environment

  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs., bending/squatting/kneeling

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25–$35/hr, based on experience

  • PTO, Medical, Vision, Dental
