The opportunity


A well-established construction business in Sydney needs an experienced TA contractor to drive hiring through to the end of the year. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role inside a fast-moving environment. Managing multiple roles across projects.


What you'll be doing:


  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles within a general construction environment
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and keeping pipelines moving at pace
  • Delivering quality candidates quickly, with minimal hand-holding required


What you'll bring:


  • Proven TA experience within construction, infrastructure, or a trade-based environment
  • Contractor mentality - self-sufficient, adaptable, and results-driven
  • Immediate or near-immediate availability through to December 2026, based in Sydney

  • Competitive daily or hourly rate, negotiable on experience
