AP Officer (≤24k x 13, stable MNC, international business)

Our client is a well-established international business with operations across multiple markets worldwide. They are currently seeking an Accounting Officer to support day-to-day accounting operations and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, banking, and fixed asset accounting.
• Process invoices, prepare payments, and handle staff expense reimbursements.
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and master data.
• Support audit, statutory reporting, and internal reporting requirements.
• Participate in finance process improvement initiatives and system projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, regional shared service teams, and external parties on finance matters.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Payable, banking, or fixed assets.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP exposure is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
