- The primary liaison between property owner and on-site staff, focusing on maximizing revenue, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic growth.
- Financial Management: Develop, execute, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets. Track budget variances, review monthly financial reports, and identify ways to maximize portfolio profitability.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise on-site teams. Conduct regular staff meetings and evaluate team performance.
- Property Operations: Conduct routine site visits to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Oversee active renovation projects, capital improvements, and lease-up activities.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure all properties adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including Fair Housing laws and specific regulatory requirements.
- Resident Relations & Marketing: Analyze local market trends to optimize rental rates and marketing strategies. Address and resolve escalated tenant issues to drive tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Experience: 5+ years of multi-site property management or relevant real estate experience.
- Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
