Production Worker / General LaborLocation: Westland, MIShift: 1st ShiftPay: $15.00/hrJob SummaryWe’re seeking dependable Production Workers / General Laborers to join a growing nutritional supplement manufacturing team in Westland, MI. This role primarily focuses on warehouse, packaging, and production support, helping ensure products are packaged, organized, and prepared for shipment in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Production Worker / General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:Packaging Production Support: Assist with packaging nutritional supplement products, preparing finished goods for shipment, and supporting the encapsulation production process.Warehouse Operations: Load and unload materials, organize inventory, move products throughout the warehouse, and maintain orderly storage areas.General Labor Duties: Help clean production areas, support entry-level machine operations, and assist with additional tasks as needed to keep production running efficiently.In addition, you will inspect products for quality, prepare materials for production, maintain a clean workspace, and support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following:Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math skills required. Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift. Reliable transportation and strong attendance required. Warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Skills:Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain product quality standards. Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential. Organization: Ability to keep products and work areas orderly. Teamwork: Work effectively with coworkers in a production environment. Work EnvironmentThis is a clean, temperature-controlled facility maintained at approximately 68 degrees year-round.
