Location: Cedar Springs, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $16 per hour Job Summary: Join a hardworking and supportive team in Cedar Springs, MI! In this role, you’ll learn how to load and unload parts for painting, working together to prepare and finish products for shipment. Enjoy a positive work environment where you can even listen to music with one earbud while on the job. What You’ll Be Doing: Paint line support: Rack and un-rack parts throughout the powder coating process. Material handling: Send, sort, and pull tubes as needed.Quality control: Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met. Team flexibility: Move between departments when needed to support production. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds on a repetitive basis High School Diploma or GED required Able to read and write in EnglishComfortable working around fumes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills: Teamwork: Work collaboratively to meet production goals. Communication: Maintain clear and respectful communication with team members. Organization: Stay efficient and detail-oriented while handling multiple tasks.
