Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Steel product carrier refurbishing company in S.E. Bellevue seeks an experienced Shipping and Receiving Coordinator. The shift is Monday - Friday, 7a - 3:30p. $20/hr.

• Must have minimum of 24 months as shipping and receiving clerk position
• Must be proficient in Microsoft / Excel.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have attention to accuracy and detail, ability to work calm under pressure.
• Punctuality and reliability a must.
• Ability to work well with others; will spend time with outside freight carriers as well as other company employees.
• Will receive and log on system by inputting the proper info such as parts #s dates and times.
• Pull product for shipping by staging and assisting with accurate required labeling.
• Identify problems and take appropriate action when inventory is incorrect.
• Keep manager informed of any and all problems with S&R department.
• Position requires walking and standing throughout the shift.
• Must have forklift experience.
