Position Purpose
The Sales Support Administrator provides high?quality administrative, systems and coordination support to the national sales team. The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate data management and effective communication across major retail accounts including Woolworths and Coles. This position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast?paced, social, and collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities

Sales administration — Daily support to sales team including documentation, scheduling, follow?ups and internal coordination.

Order processing — Manage and process orders through the bespoke Pixel ordering system.

National account support — Assist with reporting, data entry, product updates and communication for large retail groups (Woolworths, Coles).

Systems management — Maintain accurate records in D365; generate reports; ensure data integrity.

Excel reporting — Build and update spreadsheets using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and intermediate formulas.

Office coordination — Provide onsite administrative support, assist with team needs, and contribute to daily office operations.

IT & systems support — Troubleshoot basic system issues and support staff with internal platforms.

Skills & Experience

Intermediate Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Experience with D365 or similar CRM/ERP systems.

Ability to learn bespoke systems quickly (Pixel ordering system).

Strong administrative background within sales, operations or account management.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data?heavy tasks.

Confident communicator across multiple internal stakeholders.
