Dean & Ling Executive has been engaged exclusively by an established, innovative, and ambitious leader in its sector.  This highly profitable PE backed organisation has grown exponentially through a clear focus on attracting and retaining high calibre talent and creating value for its external stakeholders through innovative solutions.  They are now seeking to appoint a senior finance professional to ensure they continue to build on the established foundations for a successful future.

This senior finance leadership role is accountable for safeguarding the financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability of the business’ global entities.  You will provide end-to-end oversight across financial reporting, statutory and regulatory compliance, treasury and liquidity management, and financial control frameworks while actively shaping the future-ready evolution of the finance function.  Beyond being ‘brilliant at the basics’ the role is accountable for driving finance transformation – strengthening systems, processes, embedding automation and AI enabled capability and proactively anticipating future business, regulatory and operating model needs.

The complexity, diversity and scale of the business will suit a driven and highly technical, forward-looking finance leader with strong commercial acumen and an appetite for change/transformation.  You will have gained strong technical accounting training, either in a chartered accounting and/or similar FC role within a financial services environment. You are a natural team player with exceptional interpersonal and inclusive/collaborative leadership skills who is seeking an ambitious and values-based corporate culture which offers genuine scope for career challenges and growth.
