Production Support

Responsibilities

• Load and transfer parts onto the production line using proper tools and spacing

• Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure they meet quality standards

• Apply decals and assist with specialized wiping and transferring tasks when trained

• Unload and package finished parts based on job-specific instructions

• Follow all documentation including process sheets, loading diagrams, and packaging specifications

• Communicate any defects or issues with the production line operator

• Help prepare packaging materials and assist with material handling

• Maintain a clean and organized work area; return all tools and documentation to designated locations at the end of the shift

• Adhere to all safety procedures and workplace policies

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and basic production documentation

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Must be able to work in a loud, fast-paced environment with exposure to moving machinery, heat, and airborne particles

• Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $15.35 per hour

• 1st Shift

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

• Temp-To-Hire
