Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations, preparing employment contracts, and managing exit procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support performance management activities, including maintaining performance appraisal records and assisting with the coordination of training and development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee recognition activities.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
