The opportunity

What the role involves

• End-to-end HR across the full employee lifecycle
• Recruitment and talent acquisition, owning how the business attracts and secures talent
• The full cyclical HR calendar, including performance, remuneration reviews, engagement and compliance
• Operational people matters, including employee relations, policy and manager coaching
• Strategic input as the business continues to grow and evolve

This is a hands-on role. You will be the senior HR voice, trusted to deliver operationally day to day and contribute strategically where it counts.

Who this suits

You are an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner who has run an HR function end-to-end, ideally in an environment where you have been the most senior HR person in the business. You are pragmatic, delivery-focused and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves or advising senior leaders.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in a standalone or lead HR role across the full generalist remit
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition capability, comfortable running searches yourself
• Sound ER and IR judgement, with the confidence to advise managers directly
• The ability to move between operational delivery and strategic work as priorities shift
• The ambition to grow as the business grows
