Apply directWe are currently seeking skilled and experienced Leasing Consultants for a community in the Bethesda, MD area. Our clients are looking for personable, customer-focused professionals who excel at building relationships, following up with prospects, and helping individuals find a place they’re excited to call home.
In this role, you will be responsible for making follow-up calls to schedule tours, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process.
We offer flexible opportunities, including part-time, full-time, and single-day assignments, with a variety of scheduling options to fit your availability.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate care, attention, and pride in assisting both new and current residents
- Previous multi-family leasing experience required, including:
- Managing lead queues and follow-up calls
- Scheduling and conducting tours
- Completing guest cards
- Showcasing apartment homes and community amenities
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws
- “What you do for one, you must do for all.”
- Knowledge of the seven federally protected classes: race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor — a true “people person”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively under the guidance of a supervisor
