You will provide strategic leadership across project governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and multidisciplinary team leadership while working within a large and complex healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale digital transformation project.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance and reporting frameworks.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders, governance boards, and external partners.
- Coordinate vendors and technical delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with organisational architecture, privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance requirements.
- Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ICT or digital transformation projects and programs.
- Strong project leadership and governance experience within complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and steering committees.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience applying formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent.
- Experience within healthcare, digital health, or government environments.
- Knowledge of digital health integration, interoperability, or clinical systems.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and information management frameworks.
- Experience delivering projects involving multiple business units and complex governance structures.
