- Field inbound calls from medical providers asking benefits questions
- Field inbound calls from consumers regarding Life Insurance benefits
- Responsible for researching questions from providers
- Work with multiple screens and systems
- Focus on professional, quality calls and excellent service
- Customer service experience preferred; we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, even without extensive call center experience.
- Health or Life Insurance OR prescription or banking experience a plus
- Strong computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems and multiple screens
- Microsoft Office experience
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a commitment to contributing to a positive team culture.
- Pay: $22 per hour
- Contract-to-hire
- Hours: M-F, 8:30 -5
