Channel Sales Manager - ProAV (DACH)

 

Location: Remote, Germany or Austria

 

An established international technology manufacturer is looking to appoint a Channel Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

 

This is an opportunity to join a recognised player within the professional AV market, working with an established network of distributors, systems integrators and reseller partners to expand market share and develop strategic customer relationships.

 

We're keen to speak with commercially driven professionals who have experience selling ProAV, AV-over-IP, video infrastructure or broadcast technology through channel partners.

 

The Role

  • Manage and grow an established network of distributors and channel partners across DACH.
  • Identify and develop new reseller and systems integration opportunities.
  • Deliver partner enablement, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Develop joint business plans and execute sales and marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Work closely with end users, consultants and integrators to generate demand.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through CRM.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

 

About You

You'll have experience within the professional AV, broadcast or video technology sector and enjoy building long-term relationships with channel partners.

 

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience selling technologies such as:

  • AV-over-IP
  • KVM
  • Video processing
  • Video distribution
  • Control room solutions
  • Video walls
  • Streaming and media infrastructure
  • Professional AV hardware

 

You'll also have:

  • Experience in channel sales, account management or business development.
  • A strong understanding of distributor and reseller sales models.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and the wider DACH region.
