Motion Designer & Editor

Are you a talented Motion Designer with exceptional Adobe After Effects skills and a passion for creating engaging branded content?

We're working with our client to recruit a Motion Designer & Editor to join their growing branded content production team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on creative professional to work across a variety of commercial partner campaigns, sports content and branded productions, combining high-quality motion graphics with video editing.

With approximately 80% of the role focused on motion design, we're looking for someone who can create compelling graphics, develop creative ideas and deliver work independently.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Producer, other designers, internal content teams and external creative partners, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and creating high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.

• Developing engaging branded content for commercial partners across digital and social platforms.

• Editing video content using Adobe Premiere, including grading and audio mixing.

• Creating original graphics and bringing partner branding to life through creative motion design.

• Supporting branded projects from early creative concepts and storyboards through to final delivery.

• Producing content for recurring sports events, commercial campaigns and larger documentary projects.

• Collaborating with producers, designers and external agencies to ensure content meets creative briefs and brand requirements.

• Supporting asset management, project organisation and versioning.

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Exceptional Adobe After Effects skills and a strong eye for motion design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.

• The ability to create motion graphics and develop engaging branded content.

• A good understanding of brand guidelines and how to translate them into compelling digital content.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong creative thinking, communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working in sports media would be particularly valuable, although candidates from broader branded content and creative agency backgrounds will also be considered.

Nice to Have

• Photoshop skills, particularly for creating engaging thumbnails and other visual assets.

• Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D design tools.

• Knowledge of JavaScript or creative workflow automation.

• Experience working across different formats and digital platforms.
