Apply directAn established national business is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its Brisbane team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role supporting customer enquiries, coordinating sales activities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries and customer requests
- Coordinate and qualify sales leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data
- Prepare quotations, presentations and sales documentation
- Support customer follow-up and relationship management activities
- Coordinate meetings, events and sales initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery
About You
- Experience in sales support, customer service, administration or coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is ideal) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach
