SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Developer to join a high-profile enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernising warehouse, supply chain, and ERP capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading SAP technologies while contributing to the delivery of critical business outcomes.

About the Role As a Senior SAP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable, maintainable solutions across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Working closely with project teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions aligned with SAP's clean-core strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions within SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Build upgrade-safe extensions using SAP best practices and clean-core principles.
• Develop applications using ABAP, RAP, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, CDS Views, and OData Services.
• Deliver integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Develop technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer activities.

About You You will be a highly capable SAP professional with experience delivering complex enterprise solutions and large-scale transformation projects.
Key Skills & Experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA development experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and modern SAP architecture.
• Advanced skills in:
  • ABAP
  • RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model)
  • SAP Fiori and SAPUI5
  • CDS Views
  • OData Services
  • APIs, BAPIs, BADIs and IDOCs
• Experience designing and delivering SAP integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project delivery environment.

Highly Desirable

• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with:
  • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Materials Management (MM)
  • Sales & Distribution (SD)
  • FI/CO
  • Adobe Forms
  • RF Mobile Data Entry
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or government environments
