The role:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Power user/ Administrator with strong administration and integration experience for an initial 3-month contract.
Responsibilities include:
- ServiceNow administration including creating, modifying and maintaining support queues
- Review and optimize service catalogues
- Investigate and resolve workflow, routing, and process issues
- Build and maintain reports covering incidents, requests, service levels
- Recent commercial experience as a ServiceNow Power user / administrator
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Must have experience working in Mining, Operational Technology (OT) AND/ OR a heavy industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (with systems such as SAP)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integrations, APIs, or related integration technologies
- ServiceNow relative certifications/ education would be beneficial
