Management Accountant

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join their team. In this role, you will partner closely with operational teams, delivering financial insights that drive performance and support strategic decision-making. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports, including variance analysis
• Partner with project and operational teams to monitor financial performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes
• Support compliance, audit processes, and financial controls
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and reporting processes

• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
• Previous experience in the construction, mining, or engineering industries
• Strong understanding of project-based accounting environments
• Experience working with or exposure to ASX-listed companies (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial insights clearly
• Comfortable working in Joondalup / north of the river
