An established and expanding real estate platform is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support the next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad exposure across operations, assets and investors.

The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and develop a small finance team (onshore & offshore)
  • Oversee corporate and property-level financial management across a multi-asset portfolio
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and cost control
  • Manage investor reporting, distributions and stakeholder engagement
  • Support new acquisitions and strategic initiatives
  • Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with strong academics
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring finance teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in forecasting and analysis
  • Background in real estate, property, hospitality or asset-intensive sectors
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on SME environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and investors
  • Experience with Xero or similar systems preferred
