Dental Consumables Sales Executive – Republic of Ireland

THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-established Irish business operating within the dental sector, supplying a broad range of consumables to private dental practices and the HSE across the Republic of Ireland. With a strong existing customer base and a growing product portfolio, they are now looking to add an experienced Dental Sales Executive to their team.


THE ROLE

This is a field-based role covering the full Republic of Ireland. You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing portfolio of private dental and HSE accounts, while also identifying and converting new business opportunities across your territory.


Day-to-day, you will be scheduling and conducting customer visits, introducing new products and promotions, tracking reorder cycles, proactively managing stock levels for your customers, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. You will work closely with the internal customer care team to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers are supported throughout.


THE PERSON

  • Minimum 3 years' dental sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish dental market
  • Proven track record managing accounts and developing new business
  • Strategic, results-driven, and an excellent relationship builder
  • Full clean driving licence essential


THE PACKAGE

  • Base Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 DOE
  • OTE: 20% commission
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Pension: 3% matched
  • Life assurance: 4x salary
  • 23 days' holiday, rising with service
