Expression of Interest- Lifecycle Marketer

Working with a growing scale-up business, this is an exciting opportunity to take CRM to the next level together with a delightful team.

 

You’ll be charged with mapping out the lifecycle strategy, developing customer journeys, optimising conversion funnels and creating consumer messaging. With an omnichannel approach including InApp, push notification, eDMs and SMS, you’ll create engaging content that drives retention and cross-sell. Together with a data analyst, you’ll identify key target groups and segmentation models, and provide reporting and insights to the business. The role is hands-on, and a strong working knowledge of Hubspot is essential. The business is structured with cross-functional teams, so stakeholder management skills are important, including the ability to talk with tech teams.

 

With a curious, data-driven approach, your background should include at least five years’ experience in lifecycle marketing. Experience in entrepreneurial, dynamic environments is preferred, and you should be able to thrive as a self-starter able to collaborate with a diverse range of people.
