Paid Social Media Specialist

We’re partnering with one of Australia’s fastest-growing multi-brand hospitality groups to find a Paid Social Media Specialist who can take full ownership of social performance. This is a newly created role sitting within a collaborative and energetic marketing team reporting to the General Manager Marketing, working across brands with very different personalities, audiences and growth ambitions.

This role has a strong skew to paid performance but has the scope to cover content development too. You’ll be responsible for building paid plans across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google designed to drive real commercial outcomes. You'll optimise paid campaigns, testing creative, refining audiences and analysing performance — this is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and visibility across the business. Any experience with content development would be highly regarded, with the opportunity to ideate, curate and create compelling content, collaborating with external photography and videography partners as required.

The business is looking for someone who genuinely understands social culture and audience behaviour, particularly across Gen Z and Millennial audiences. A strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager is essential, and any experience building engaging short-form content would be a big plus. The right person will also actively embrace AI tools as part of their workflow.
