Account Director - Loyalty Marketing

Working with a blue-chip client list, you’ll be part of a close-knit Account Service team developing and delivering a range of rewards, promotions and loyalty programs. You’ll engage directly with  clients, managing the overall relationship and navigating any challenges. You’ll provide campaign advice and ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget and meeting quality expectations. The work includes the development of Apps, websites and other loyalty portals, and creative campaigns, including eDMs and Digital. As the custodian of client work, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial outcomes and optimising growth opportunities. Reporting directly to the senior lead in Client Service, you’ll also work closely with Tech and Marketing.

 

Ideally your background will include experience in an agency environment, and you’ll have a solid understanding of the loyalty, rewards or incentive space. You’ll know how to provide excellent client service and how to ensure processes and systems provide seamless project delivery.
