They're now looking for an Account Manager to join the client services team, managing 6–8 retainer accounts and owning the day-to-day client relationship from strategy through to delivery. This is a genuine growth hire, not a backfill, and it's a buzzy, fast-paced CBD office (3 days a week onsite) where the work you do has a visible impact on the small businesses you're supporting.

- Translating client strategy into clear priorities, briefs and deliverables for the internal team
- Leading client meetings and WIPs, managing expectations around scope and timelines
- Presenting reporting and results, and flagging risks or opportunities early
- Working closely with paid, social, content, design and automation specialists to keep delivery on track
What they're looking for:
- 1+ years' experience in a client-facing digital marketing role, ideally agency-side
- A background in a lead gen marketing environment (ecommerce backgrounds won't be the right fit here)
- Broad digital marketing knowledge is a bonus, but deep experience in one channel is just as welcome
- Someone who moves quickly, juggles competing priorities well, and genuinely enjoys a fast pace
- Trustworthy, coachable, and open to feedback
