Description: Production Associate
Location: Coppell, TX

Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – Finish (Monday through Friday, plus required overtime)

Immediate openings available! Core Personnel Services is hiring for a fast-paced warehouse position in a climate-controlled facility. Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.

Material Handling: Consistently lifts, moves, and stacks materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the duration of the shift.

Production Operations: Works efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment to meet daily facility output goals.

General Warehousing: Performs general warehouse tasks including picking, packing, sorting, and organizing product inventory.

Documentation: Completes basic production tallies or log sheets accurately and legibly as requested by shift supervisors.

Maintenance: Performs daily housekeeping and keeps designated workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and continuous physical work. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move actively for the full duration of the shift.

Skills:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Proven reliability and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Availability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work the full 2nd shift from 3:00 PM until the daily production run is finished.

Screening: Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
