Data Delivery Lead

This isn't a highly technical role, nor is it suited to a traditional Program Manager. Instead, we're looking for someone who understands how data projects are delivered, enjoys working in a fast-paced consulting environment and can confidently keep multiple concurrent workstreams moving.

You'll work alongside Solution Architects, Data Consultants and technical specialists, ensuring projects stay on track, processes are followed and delivery teams remain accountable without needing to micromanage.

This role would suit an Delivery Lead, Senior Data Business Analyst or Project Manager with a strong background delivering data and analytics initiatives.

The Opportunity:

As the Data Delivery Lead, you'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent client projects across the energy sector.

Working closely with technical teams, you'll coordinate delivery, manage priorities, remove roadblocks and know when to ask the right questions if something doesn't quite look right. You won't be expected to be hands-on technically, but you will need enough data knowledge to confidently challenge, guide and support delivery teams.

Projects typically involve small delivery squads of around 3-4 people, including Solution Architects and Data Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent Data & Analytics projects.
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional technical teams.
• Keep projects on track, identifying risks, issues and dependencies early.
• Hold delivery teams accountable while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Data Consultants throughout project delivery.
• Balance competing priorities across multiple clients and engagements.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working.
• Build trusted relationships with both internal teams and clients.

You'll also bring:

• Experience delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Exposure to working alongside data professionals.
• The confidence to ask the right questions when something doesn't look right, without needing to be deeply technical.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• A collaborative, adaptable and resilient approach.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within Energy or Utilities.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives.
