Property Acquisition Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Sales professional to join a successful and growing property investment business.

Working as part of an established acquisitions team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring property investments, negotiating deals and building strong relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing your own pipeline of property opportunities
• Researching and valuing potential investments
• Negotiating and structuring property deals
• Building strong relationships with vendors and property owners
• Managing a database of active files and opportunities
• Supporting the wider team to achieve acquisition targets
• Building your personal profile and contributing to the growth of the business

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven property sales experience
• A strong track record of building and managing a successful sales pipeline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence with cold calling and relationship building
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is desirable
• A genuine interest in property and a desire to develop a career in acquisitions

Based in West Hampstead | Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6pm
