About the role
We are seeking an experienced Communications Analyst to support a large, complex enterprise transformation program.
Reporting into a Change & Business Readiness lead, you’ will develop clear and consistent messaging, and work across multiple workstreams to deliver communication and engagement activities.

Required skills 

• Senior communications and engagement experience within ICT change programs (ideally large/complex organisations)
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage communication strategies, plans, and campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising and influencing senior leaders
• Ability to translate complex change into simple, practical messaging for employees
• Experience coordinating communications across multiple projects/workstreams with a single narrative
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (including consultation, negotiation, and advocacy)
• Familiarity with contemporary communication and engagement channels and emerging practices
• Experience working in large-scale SAP S/4HANA or ERP programs within government sector
