Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of FMG's submissions nationally, from smaller EOIs through to larger and more complex tenders.
This is an opportunity to bring your expertise and ideas to the role – refining what's already in place, identifying opportunities to improve and continuing to elevate the quality of FMG's submissions.

In this busy yet rewarding role you’ll:
- Coordinate EOIs, RFPs and tender submissions from start to finish
- Establish submission schedules, review milestones and version control
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather information and develop strong, compelling content
- Draft and edit non-technical content, including company information, project experience and capability statements
- Format and produce professional submissions using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign
- Develop graphics including organisation charts, infographics and presentations
- Maintain the bid knowledge library, including project sheets, CVs, imagery and corporate information
- Support the BD Manager with tender monitoring and coordination of BD and client meetings
- Coordinate industry awards and proposals alongside the marketing team
- Bring ideas to continually refine and improve the submissions process
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who knows the submissions space and is confident taking ownership of it.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Previous experience coordinating bids, tenders, proposals or submissions
- Experience within the engineering or construction sector
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail
- Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills, with Adobe Creative Suite experience highly regarded
- The ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines and keep things moving
- Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders across different areas of the business
- A proactive approach – you're comfortable bringing ideas forward and looking for ways to improve
- A genuine sense of pride in the quality of work you produce
