Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across rooms division, food & beverage, guest relations, front office, and engineering to maintain peak operational efficiency.

Financial & Commercial Support: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to manage departmental budgets, control operating costs, and execute RevPAR and yield management strategies.

MICE & F&B Supervision: Oversee execution across grand banquet facilities, conference spaces, and multi-outlet F&B venues, ensuring high service quality and turnover.

Service Standards & Guest Journey: Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, continuously elevating service delivery, digital guest touchpoints, and brand touchpoints.

Team Management & Culture: Lead, coach, and mentor department heads, driving high performance, accountability, and seamless inter-departmental collaboration.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Hong Kong statutory regulations, health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 2–3 years as Executive Assistant Manager (EAM), Resident Manager, or Operations Director in a large-scale upscale business hotel.

Global Perspective: Proven overseas operational experience or a strong international outlook gained within dynamic global hotel environments.

Language Capabilities: Full fluency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential to lead local teams and engage global clientele.

Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial P&L statements, rooms forecasting, cost controls, and revenue management principles.

Leadership Style: Energetic, hands-on, and highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
