Senior Project Manager (Guangdong or Hong Kong)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale, complex projects across a manufacturing‑driven environment. This role will oversee multiple project teams and be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, including execution, scheduling, risk management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple complex projects from planning through execution and completion
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution and provide solutions to operational and delivery challenges
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in alignment with business goals
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders
• Manage project resources, including team composition, staffing needs, and vendor coordination
• Control project costs, timelines, and budgets, including vendor negotiations where required
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation and contingency plans
• Manage changes to project scope and handle critical issues proactively
• Coach, motivate, and guide project team members and external partners to ensure accountability and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines
• Solid background in project management within manufacturing or related industries
• 8+ years of project management experience; candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior title
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and large‑scale projects
• PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are an advantage
• Exposure to process improvement, operational excellence, or ESG‑related projects is a plus
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Mature, resilient, and able to deliver projects in complex organisational environments
