The Role:
- Support implementation activities for system and process changes related to payment, billing, and credit control operations
- Execute testing activities, including SIT, UAT, ORT, and defect management
- Assist in project execution activities, including cutover planning, deployment preparation, business readiness assessments and post-go-live support
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions, user training activities and communication with business users and operational teams
- Support phased data migration activities, including data validation, reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting materials, action logs, issue registers, risk reports and management updates
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or operational support
- Practical experience supporting system implementation, ERP rollout, testing coordination, or business transition activities
- Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, ORT, defect tracking, and test coordination is highly preferred
- Knowledge of payment, billing, accounts receivable, credit control or customer operation processes is an advantage.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP or other ERP platforms, data migration activities or process improvement projects is preferred
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
