AI Business Analyst

You will drive enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation by leading the delivery of GenAI platforms, chatbots, and agentic workflows. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, translating complex requirements into scalable Agile solutions. You will oversee end-to-end use-case lifecycles, govern AI integration, and streamline cross-functional delivery to empower teams with intelligent, secure operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements while translating stakeholder needs into user stories, process flows, and backlogs in Azure DevOps.
• Manage project status, financial reporting, and Steering Committee materials while monitoring scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely obstacle resolution.
• Lead proof-of-concept AI use cases from initial feasibility assessment through planning, testing, stakeholder review, and production onboarding.
• Oversee production AI use cases by managing enhancement planning, defect follow-up, AI model upgrades, and platform migrations.
• Prepare test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria to coordinate functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain release logs, release announcements, and defect tracking lists across business users, developers, and support teams.
• Develop operational reporting dashboards and user enablement documentation to support ongoing platform adoption and knowledge transfer.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification or equivalent practical experience in business analysis, project management, or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, IT project delivery, digital transformation, and Agile testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps Boards, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, defect logs, and project dashboards.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Familiarity with GenAI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, chatbot platforms, or Azure services.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• Experience in transportation, engineering, asset management, customer service, or enterprise platforms.
