Quality Inspector

Responsibilities

  • Visually examine metal parts for defects, wear, and quality issues.

  • Perform in-process inspections during manufacturing and final inspections before shipping.

  • Ensure all parts conform to customer specifications and quality standards.

  • Verify compliance with government regulations and safety requirements.

  • Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.

  • Support the Quality Manager and shipping department as needed.

  • Use computer systems and Microsoft applications to input data and generate reports.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience inspecting metal parts or finished products preferred.

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating computer software systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.
