So, what’s the role?
Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s marketing strategy and promoting initiatives, events and services across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing marketing collateral and branded content
- Maintaining and updating website content and digital communication channels
- Assisting with social media, newsletters and promotional campaigns
- Coordinating marketing projects, publications and organisational communications
- Liaising with suppliers, printers, designers and external stakeholders
- Building strong working relationships across internal teams and community groups
- Coordinating events, health promotion initiatives and organisational engagement activities
- Assisting with the development of templates, presentations and communication materials
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a marketing role with end-to-end campaign and communications responsibility
- Strong graphic design skills and experience creating engaging visual content
- Experience maintaining and updating websites and digital platforms
- Experience supporting, coordinating or delivering events, community engagement activities or promotional initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience working with external suppliers and coordinating deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
