Project Transformation Director

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading private healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our client is currently seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Transformation Director (Project-Based) to lead a strategic patient journey transformation initiative.

Job Description

• Lead the end-to-end patient journey transformation initiative within the hospital.
• Assess current operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute transformation strategies focusing on patient flow, admission & discharge processes, turnaround time, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with executive leadership and department heads to drive organizational change and ensure successful implementation.
• Utilize data and operational insights to identify root causes, measure performance, and monitor transformation outcomes.
• Build sustainable transformation frameworks and governance to ensure long-term improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare transformation, hospital operations, management consulting, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, performance improvement, or patient journey initiatives within healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations, patient flow, process redesign, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Lean Healthcare, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.
