Finance Manager

Monroe Consulting Group is currently partnering with a well-established healthcare organization in Indonesia that is looking for a Finance Manager to lead the hospital's finance function and support business growth. This position will be based in Jambi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the hospital's end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, management reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Manage hospital financial reporting, including BPJS-related financial processes and reconciliations.
• Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, and operational procedures to improve efficiency and governance.
• Partner closely with the Hospital Director and key stakeholders to monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare financial requirements.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry.
• Strong understanding of hospital financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and BPJS processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze complex manual reports.
• Willing to be based and relocated to Jambi.
