Position Title: Warehouse Associate – Pick/Pack
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ (303 & Camelback)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:30am – 8:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.21 – $18.62/hour
Employment Type: 4-6 Week assignment

Position Overview
We are currently seeking 3 reliable Warehouse Associates with pick/pack experience for an automotive parts distribution company located in Litchfield Park, AZ. This role supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Picking
• Select items from inventory based on pick lists, RF scanners, or order sheets
• Locate products efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS) or bin locations
• Verify item accuracy including SKU, quantity, and condition before pulling
• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring order accuracy
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership
• Place AOR (Area of Responsibility) stickers on totes
• Scan AOR stickers accurately
• Place totes on conveyor systems for processing

Packing
• Pack orders securely using appropriate packaging materials including boxes, bubble wrap, and pallets
• Ensure correct items and quantities are included in each shipment
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes
• Use packing systems/software to confirm order completion
• Weigh and measure packages to meet shipping requirements
• Prepare shipments for carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight services
• Place completed boxes on conveyor systems for outbound shipment

Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous pick/pack or warehouse experience required
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn

• Fast-paced and productivity-driven setting
• Requires standing and repetitive movement throughout shift
• PPE may be required depending on department
