About the Role
You will take on day-to-day leadership of the brand's flagship Sydney CBD store, with a strong and experienced team already in place to support you. This is a leadership and standards role rather than a turnaround, focused on protecting the customer experience, driving commercial performance and developing the people already on the ground. It will suit someone who thrives on maintaining a high bar in a premium, detail-driven environment.

Duties

  • Lead day to day operations across the store and events, ensuring consistent brand standards and service.
  • Manage labour planning, rostering and cost control to support commercial performance targets.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, WHS and other regulatory requirements across all locations.
  • Coach and develop store managers and team leaders, building their capability and supporting succession planning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading operations in food and beverage retail, hospitality or premium QSR, ideally across more than one site.
  • Demonstrated experience in labour planning, cost control and delivering against commercial targets.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and WHS compliance obligations in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Experience coaching, developing and supporting store managers or team leaders.
  • Comfortable working a rotating roster that includes one weekend in every two.
  • Strong personal presentation and customer experience focus suited to a premium, brand-led environment.
