This role will suit an experienced BA who is confident working between business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, mapping current and future state processes, gathering requirements, and translating these into clear user stories and functional specifications.

Key responsibilities:
  • Run stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements
  • Map current state and future state processes
  • Write user stories and support delivery planning
  • Work closely with IT teams, vendors and business users
  • Help prioritise requirements and identify risks, impacts and dependencies
  • Ensure the CRM solution supports practical business outcomes
About you:
  • Senior BA experience across CRM, digital or systems implementation projects
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping capability
  • Confident engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with vendors or internal technology teams
  • Comfortable in Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments
  • Public sector or government-adjacent experience would be advantageous
  • Available immediately or within a short notice period
