The Role
Working closely with AI, product, and software teams, you’ll help translate veterinary clinical workflows into scalable technical solutions and intelligent system improvements.
Our client is looking for candidates to demonstrate how they would approach the design and evaluation of an AI-enabled clinical recommendation tool. They are looking for the candidates to design a clear framework around defining success measures, evaluating outcomes, and connecting the practical requirements of the consultation room with the capabilities of an AI solution.
This is a highly visible role within the business and offers genuine ownership, influence, and progression potential.

Who you are
- Veterinary or Medical Degree with clinical experience
- Experience working with clinical or healthcare data (SQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with clinical coding systems (e.g. SNOMED, ICD)
- Interest in LLMs and prompt engineering

- Evaluate and improve the performance of clinical AI models and datasets
- Work closely with users to launch new features, capture medical feedback, and translate it into product requirements
- Turn clinical expertise into high-quality data and evidence-based recommendations to improve care
