- 10+ years' experience in commercial construction, with significant experience in drywall, exterior envelope, façades or specialty contracting.
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager or Project Executive.
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling and risk management.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with owners, developers and General Contractors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
