Mechanical Contracts Manager


Excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering contractor, as our client looks to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-value engineering and construction projects.


Company:


Our client is a well-established engineering contractor delivering complex mechanical and electrical projects across Ireland. They have built a strong reputation for delivering large-scale projects within highly regulated and technically demanding environments.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to support the ongoing expansion of the business.


Role:


Based in Dublin, the successful Mechanical Contracts Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage the commercial, operational, and contractual aspects of project delivery.


Responsibilities include:


  • Managing multiple mechanical projects and project teams
  • Overseeing project delivery from award through to completion
  • Managing project budgets, forecasts, and contractual performance
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Providing leadership and guidance to Project Managers and site teams
  • Attending senior stakeholder and client meetings
  • Driving project performance and profitability


Person:


  • Mechanical Engineering or Building Services background
  • Strong experience in Contracts Management within construction or engineering
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge
  • Experience managing large-scale building services projects
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills


Package:
