Excellent opportunity to join a leading construction organisation, as our client looks to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile construction projects across the Dublin region.

Our client is a well-established construction company with a strong track record of delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout Ireland.

With a robust pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their operations team and take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of construction works on site.


Role:


Based in Dublin, the successful Site Manager will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities include:


  • Managing all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
  • Ensuring works are completed in line with programme requirements and project milestones
  • Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on site
  • Conducting site meetings and coordinating activities with project stakeholders
  • Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with specifications and building regulations
  • Managing labour, materials, and site resources efficiently
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, and Senior Management
  • Maintaining site records, reports, and documentation
  • Identifying and resolving site issues to ensure project delivery remains on track


Person:


This role will suit experienced Site Managers with a strong background delivering construction projects.

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector
  • Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and workstreams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant construction qualifications and certifications preferred
