Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in AV, broadcast, video or solutions engineering?
Our client is looking for a technically capable Sales Engineer to support customers through the pre-sales process, designing solutions, delivering demonstrations and providing technical expertise across mission-critical video environments.
Based in Atlanta, you'll work closely with Account Executives and customers to develop tailored technical solutions, support demonstrations, maintain demonstration environments and contribute to successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present technical solutions to customers
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Support Account Executives throughout the sales process
- Produce technical documentation and solution designs
- Maintain demonstration equipment and demo labs
- Support customer events, training and trade shows
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in a Sales Engineer or pre-sales engineering role
- Background within AV, broadcast technology, video technology or solutions engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, IP video and streaming technologies
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Based in or able to work from the Atlanta office
Working Pattern
- 3 days a week onsite post probation
- Approximately 25% US travel
