Channel Manager – North America (Remote, USA)

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Channel Manager to drive the growth and success of an established North American partner ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in IP-based broadcast infrastructure technology, helping to develop strategic reseller and systems integration partnerships while supporting the continued expansion of indirect sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American channel strategy.
  • Recruit, onboard and enable reseller and systems integration partners.
  • Build strong relationships through joint business planning and partner development.
  • Support opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from qualification through to deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, solutions architecture, marketing and product management teams.
  • Deliver product presentations, partner training and technical demonstrations.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting and business insights.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in broadcast, media technology or live production sales.
  • Strong background in channel management and indirect sales.
  • Experience developing reseller and systems integrator networks.
  • Knowledge of IP-based broadcast infrastructure and live production environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, global organisation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
