The Role

• Provide administrative and practice support to lawyers, including diary management, client liaison and general legal administration.
• Assist with the preparation, formatting and management of legal documents, correspondence and client files.
• Coordinate billing, reporting and other practice management tasks to support the efficient operation of the team.

About You

• You will ideally have experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Personal Assistant within a law firm.
• You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
• You will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
